3-Day Mid-Week Retreat at Solé East in Montauk

Escape to "The End" for Yoga and SUP

Location: Montauk, NY   With: Jessica Bellofatto

Join Jessica Bellofatto for three blissful days of Yoga, SUP and SUP Yoga, Meditation, and Relaxation. Twice-daily yoga catered to your individual needs and requests, organic, locally-sourced, delicious food to nurture both body and soul, long walks or guided runs along miles of empty coastline pre-season, massage, gorgeous, comfortable accommodations, and a chance to press the re-set button make this a mini-retreat not to be missed. Optional activities include paddle boarding and SUP yoga at Eddie Ecker State Park with Jessica (weather and conditions permitting), and nutritional consults with Adam Kelinson, chef extraordinaire and author of The Athlete’s Plate: Real Food for High Performance.

Our Venue for This Retreat

We will be staying at Sole East, located within close proximity to the heart of Montauk village and the ocean. With high thread count Italian linens, Aveda bath products, and cozy wood burning fireplaces in the lobby and restaurant, you will feel pampered and well taken care of. In between classes and massages, rent a beach cruiser and tour the area, visit the Montauk lighthouse, or just relax and enjoy the quiet and solitude of Montauk, ‘the end.’ There is also the option of paddleboarding and SUP Yoga (no experience required!) at the gorgeous and pristine Eddie Ecker State Park (weather permitting).
