Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in The Hamptons

Stand Up Paddleboarding, or SUP, originated in Hawaii as an offshoot of surfing. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider rests on the board until a wave comes, stand up paddleboarders maintain an upright stance on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. SUP can be enjoyed in the ocean and on lakes, rivers, and canals. A rapidly growing sport, SUP is a popular way to practice yoga and physical fitness.

As your highly experienced SUP guide, I will move you through intelligently designed yoga sequences that strengthen and lengthen the major muscle groups, free the breath, and quiet the mind. While on the water, we will align with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us. Classes may include chanting, meditation, and savasana with our hands resting in the water (ah, sweet surrender!).

Our all-levels SUP classes meet in idyllic locations throughout the Hamptons: Long Beach in Sag Harbor, Accabonac Harbor in East Hampton, Eddie Ecker State Park in Montauk and more. We also offer SUP Yoga, SUPilates, and SUP Fitness on the only BOGA YOGA floating studio in the Hamptons. (Boga Yoga was the first company to design a paddleboard specifically made for yoga and fitness—it is wider and floatier—providing you with greater stability and an awesome glide).

SUP Rates & Schedule

Please reserve your spot online at least 75 minutes before class. Otherwise, please text me at 917-301-6919 to check availability. Please also be sure not to opt out of the MindBody email subscription, in case I need to notify you on weather updates or location changes. None of our locations requires a special parking permit (see Locations & Parking below).

Single Class: $75 with board rental / $45 with your own board
5-Class Pack: $350 with board rental / $200 with your own board
10-Class Pack: $600 with board rental / $300 with your own board

Locations & Parking

Sag Harbor locations are at Long Beach. Please enter and park on the end closest to Noyac Rd/Brick Kiln Road, where no permit is required. Saturday classes are held at Landing Lane, East Hampton.

Please note that location may change based on weather. If that’s the case, I will email you the morning of class with our alternate location, at least one hour before class time.

Private SUP Classes

Contact me about scheduling private or off-season SUP tours and SUP yoga sessions. Why not try SUP as an alternative way to celebrate birthdays, weddings, and other special events? Rates depend on location and number of class attendees. Please email me with your questions and requests.
