Calling in the Light 

In this special pop up class with Jessica Bellofatto, we will explore the foundational aspects of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) as we call in the light of the summer solstice and honor the energy of the Sun through movement as prayer.  This moving meditation will be enhanced by the use of doTERRA essential oils to support our capacity for breath.
