Jessica is thrilled to be returning to the Italian countryside to offer you an amazing retreat to Locanda del Gallo, located in the heart of Umbria. Indulge your senses through magnificent, home-grown organic food, delicious wine, spectacular scenery, hiking, exploring, and twice-daily Yoga to recharge, reboot, restore, and dive deep! 6 nights in this idyllic location will restore you on every level. Choose to extend your retreat and explore the region of the Amalfi Coast for two more nights and then spend one full day in Rome exploring the sights before returning home.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 7 nights, 8 days in a gorgeous Italian Villa nestled into the Umbrian
  countryside

• All meals, starting with dinner on the night of arrival, three meals
  daily, and breakfast on day of departure

• Twice-daily yoga 4-5 of the 7 full days, except for wine tasting day
  at a castle, and full day trip day

• Half-day trip to Gubbio

• Trip to Renza weaving shop (the most amazing cashmere scarves woven on
  site!)

• Full-day trip for shopping and lunch in Perugia (lunch this day is not
  included) and trip to Assissi, home of St. Francis

• Early morning (but not too early!) pranayama and meditation session

• Two group hikes to a beautiful waterfall

• Pasta-making class

• Use of the chlorine free swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi

• Use of the underground Moorish style spa with Turkish bath

• Free internet

• Daily cleaning

Not Included:

• Airfare to Rome

• Airport transfer from Rome to Locanda del Gallo and the return (the more people arriving together, the cheaper the transport, so please check in with Jessica before booking your flight)

• Wine or other alcohol

• Specialty drinks, cappuccino, bottled water

• If you choose to extend for the full 9 nights, all transport and accommodations are included for three additional nights (two nights Amalfi Coast and one night Rome, with yoga included- please note meals are NOT included the last three days)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The $750 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 12 weeks will receive a refund of monies paid, less the $500 deposit. Cancellations within 12 weeks of retreat date are non-refundable, with any outstanding balance fully payable. Since last minute injuries, illnesses, work emergencies, or deaths in the family unfortunately do happen, we HIGHLY recommend travel insurance.
